What are your order processing times?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
What are your shipping options?
We offer two options:
- Standard Shipping (7-10 business days): Free
- VIP shipping (within 48 hours) with loss/theft/breakage insurance: €4.90
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
What to do in case of late delivery?
If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please contact us at contact@unkimono.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How do I return a kimono?
To return your kimono, send it to our postal address in France (provided during the return process). The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If the refund is approved, your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.
Are sale items refundable?
Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

No, Kimono is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
